Oxy-arc Cutting

When the oxygen-arc cutting the arc between a consumable electrode and the metal being cut. The welding electrode is tubular and channel electrodes inside the cutter is fed oxygen. Holders of the electrodes have a special design that provides a supply of oxygen to the electrode, its opening and closing, high electrical insulating properties.

Oxy-arc cutting is used for cutting ferrous and non ferrous metals up to 120 mm thick, at depths up to 100m Current 200-350A, oxygen pressure 03.10 bar (depending on thickness).

Can semi-oxy-arc cutting. In this case, the wire is cleaned by oxygen concentrically.
