September 30, 2009 JSC "Plant of welding electrodes" SIBES" (central office in Tyumen) is celebrating its 15th anniversary on the market. In the early 1990s, JSC "Zapsibgazprom" built a plant for the production of welding electrodes, working on the equipment partner - Swedish concern ESAB. In September 1994, was released the first production.

The new welding inverter "Ural-Master 300" of the plant welding equipment "Uraltermosvar" successfully passed extensive testing in stationary and field conditions in the company "Gazprom transgaz Saratov" (a subsidiary of OAO "Gazprom"). According to test results highlighted a number of advantages of this welding machine, including:

• steady burning arc without spraying in all modes;
• formation of dense seam in the absence of defects;
• stepless adjustment of the current;
• remote control of welding current;
• simplicity and high reliability.

Welding inverter "Ural-Master 300" is intended for manual arc welding electrodes with any type of coating and is recommended for welding equipment and gas pipelines and other critical structures. Welding current is regulated smoothly (including remote) in the range of 6 to 300 A, rated working voltage of 32 V. Weight - 24 kg. The inverter can be operated in harsh industrial environments. There are automatic preservation of the welding parameters during power failure.

Mesh shell keeps filling the filter, and thanks to the special form of a nasal mask sits comfortably on your face and does not need constant adjustment.

Respirators used in modern filtering technology to ensure minimal resistance to breathing. They are certified to standard EN 149:2001.

In autumn 2008 the group ESAB welding masks presented New-Tech , which appeared later on the Russian market. They use a cartridge with a new system of ADC (Angular Dependence Compensation - Compensation of the angular dependence), which provides a uniform degree of darkening over the entire height and length of the cartridge, which is 22% more than previous cartridge models.

Due to the circular protrusion on the front of the mask improved removal of welding fumes and heat, as well as creating more space for breathing, which prevents the accumulation of carbon dioxide.
