The gas burner P1 "Donmet" 150 with the valve |
- by the nature of the fuel gas - acetylene, propane-butane, methane, and others working in the liquids (gasoline, kerosene, benzene);
- on the principle of mixing the fuel gas and oxygen (as well as burners for gas welding) - injection and bezynzhektornye;
- by application - universal and special designed to cut holes, cutting of large thickness, underwater cutting, etc.
Oxygen entering through the nipple more branches in two directions (see figure below). One part of it passes through the tube with a valve and out through the inner channel of the mouthpiece, producing a jet of cutting oxygen. Another part of the oxygen valve is directed through the central channel of the injector. With the passage of a jet of oxygen at high speed creates a vacuum, resulting in it sucked acetylene (flammable gas) entering through the side channels of the injector. Fuel-air mixture formed in the mixing chamber, goes through the gap between the inner and outer mouthpieces and burns, creating a warming up the flame.
Injection with a kerosene vaporizer
When cutting container with kerosene instead of the combustible gas is commonly used lightweight five-liter tank with kerosene or a mixture with gasoline.
One part of the incoming oxygen (oxygen cutting) passes through the valve in the tube and out of the mouthpiece of the central channel 2. The second part of the oxygen (heated oxygen) is directed through the valve in the injector and mixing chamber. Kerosene through the nipple goes to the evaporator, which is a tube filled with asbestos filler and heated in the flame of the auxiliary mouthpiece. A pair of kerosene mixed with oxygen and sucked him in the mixing chamber. Fuel mixture exits through the annular gap between the mouthpieces 1 and 2, forming a preheating flame. In this part of the mixture is diverted to a custom mouthpiece.
