Autogenous equipment plant "Donmet" (Ukraine, Kramatorsk) in February introduced a new hand-liquid-fuel burner (Power cutters) Bobuha RK200 "Vognik" 182 . New product designed for separating cutting mild steel with thickness 3-200 mm.

Features cutter RK200 "Vognik" 182:
  • no asbestos cord and a separate HEATING flame to evaporate the liquid fuel (gasoline);
  • as a fuel can be used by gasoline grades A-76, A-80, AI-91, A-92, A-95 and other engine in accordance with GOST 2084-77, as well as gasoline brands "Control-91", "Normal- 80 "in accordance with GOST 51105-97;
  • can be operated even in the cold to -25 ° C;
  • complete combustion of fuel;
  • 100% resistance to the reverse shock;
  • access to treatment for 15-30 seconds;

At the end of 2010 the company Hypertherm (USA) has released a modified plasma cutters Duramax HRT (manual) and MRT (Mechanized). New items are compatible with power supplies, Hypertherm Powermax 1000 Powermax 1250.

In comparison with standard cutters Hypertherm T60 and T80 new models have the following advantages:
  • a more reliable ignition of the arc electrodes, thanks to technology Spring Start, which allows to eliminate the moving parts in the plasma torch;
  • longer life consumables (up to 55% extension) through the use of technology Conical Flow nozzle and spring insertion of the electrode with hafnium;
  • increased productivity due to the design shield (cap) in the form of the diffuser, which reduces the formation of scale and improve efficiency by cutting a smoother contact;
  • improved design of the new manual cutter Hypertherm Duramax HRT;
  • the possibility of "shortening" of the new mechanized cutter Hypertherm Duramax MRT (to a length of 15 cm instead of the standard length of 38 cm) to improve accessibility for robotic cutting and handling of pipes.
