Concern ESAB has released the new oxy-fuel cutting torches: Cooljet Pro , Triplejet and Gridjet.

The gas burner Cooljet Pro is suitable for all oxy-fuel cutting machines produce ESAB. It provides a high speed cutting and is designed for long life. Equipped with a nozzle holder Jetcon, allowing to quickly replace the cutting nozzle without tools. Burner Cooljet Pro is designed for cutting various materials, including carbon steel with thickness 3-300 mm.

Cutters ESAB Triplejet especially effective when placed on support machine cutting of three such devices. Through their innovative designs available precise cutting in all possible contours, for example, the preparation of the weld groove height of 16-75 mm with an angle of 45 °. Burners Triplejet used for cutting various materials, including carbon steel with thickness 3-100 mm.

Cutters ESAB Gridjet designed for the manufacture of metal grids in a fully automatic mode, with high accuracy and 100% repeatability. Gridjet system based on the use of two independently controlled burners and centrally Heated rotary cutter. The thickness of the cutting of mild steel with carbon content up to 1.6% from 8 to 100 mm.

As combustible gas in the new burners can be used acetylene (C 2 H 2 ), propane (C 3 H 8 ), methane (CH 4 ), as well as possible applications of mixed combustible gases (C 2 H 4 ). Cutting gas is oxygen.
